1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Rescheduling Of Session

We at Unwinding Minds provide users with the flexibility to reschedule their sessions to a later time. Any rescheduling request will be processed based on the time at which the user requests and the availability of the Psychologist. More details about rescheduling are given beside.

1.2 Subscription Fees

Refunds for subscription fees are eligible up-to 48hrs days before the Date of the session. Within the first 2 days from the date of purchase. After this period, subscription fees are non-refundable.

1.3 One-time Purchases

For one-time purchases, refunds are eligible if availed up-to 3 days before the Date of the session. After this period, one-time purchases are non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at  unwindingmindsum@gmail.com with a subject line “Refund” Provide the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Date of purchase
  • Session booking details
  • Reason for the refund request

3. Refund Process

3.1 Eligibility Verification

Our team will review your refund request to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1.

3.2 Refund Approval/Rejection

Upon verification, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days.

3.3 Refund Amount

The refund amount may be subject to deductions for any applicable fees or charges.

4. Exceptions

4.1 Service Utilisation

Refunds will not be issued for subscription periods or services already utilised. We recommend cancelling subscriptions before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

4.2 Third-Party Services

Please note that third-party services integrated with Unwinding Minds may have their own refund policies. Refunds for such services will be subject to the terms of the respective third-party provider.
