We offer flexibility to reschedule sessions depending on the request timing and the availability of the psychologist:

Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the session date, or within the first 2 days from the purchase date.
After this period, subscription fees become non-refundable.
Refunds are available if cancelled up to 3 days before the scheduled session.
Beyond that, no refunds will be issued.
