1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Rescheduling of Sessions

We offer flexibility to reschedule sessions depending on the request timing and the availability of the psychologist:

1.2 Subscription Fees

  • Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the session date, or within the first 2 days from the purchase date.

  • After this period, subscription fees become non-refundable.

1.3 One-Time Purchases

  • Refunds are available if cancelled up to 3 days before the scheduled session.

  • Beyond that, no refunds will be issued.

2. How to Request a Refund

Include:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address (used for registration)

  • Date of Purchase

  • Session Booking Details

  • Reason for Refund Request

3. Refund Process

3.2 Approval/Rejection
You will be notified of the decision. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

3.3 Deductions
Refunds may be subject to deductions based on processing or platform fees.

4. Exceptions

4.1 Service Utilisation
No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or sessions attended.

4.2 Third-Party Services
Refunds for third-party services integrated with Unwinding Minds are subject to their individual policies.
